Customer Service Inspections Clerk

Overview

The Inspection Clerk will assist the Administrative Assistants and other staff as assigned in the daily management and operations of the Inspection Department. This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Skills and Experience

1. Responsible for incoming/outgoing customer service related calls.
2. Answer all customers questions and provide relevant information required. 
3. Schedule Customer Service Inspector Appointments. 
4. Ensure the organization, maintenance and filing of all the department records to meet compliance. 
5. Responsible for mailings 
6. Locking of non-compliant accounts. 
7. Processing meter tampering for Inspection/Backflow department. 
8. Maintaining certified tester’s records. 
9. Assist Administrative Assistant when needed. 
10. Other duties as assigned.
