Overview
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Office / Clerical Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily focused on clerical and office tasks such as data entry, order processing, filing, and general administrative support. While the main focus is office-based, occasional assistance on the showroom or sales floor may be needed to support customers and team members during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office and clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document organization
- Enter and update data in company systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with processing orders and maintaining records
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed
- Greet and assist customers when support is needed on the showroom floor
- Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain organized and professional office environment
Skills and Experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to assist occasionally on the showroom/sales floor
Prior office or clerical experience preferred but not required
