Part-Time Front Office Assistant

Overview

  • Assisting with general office paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the Accountant and Purchasing Manager with daily duties
  • Data entry and maintaining organized records/files
  • Preparing, reviewing, and processing documents accurately
  • Assisting with spreadsheets, reports, and other clerical duties
  • Managing multiple tasks while staying organized and on schedul

Skills and Experience

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay on task and work independently
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
