What You’ll Do as an Extruder/ Laminator Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor laminator machinery to ensure smooth production flow
- Load materials and adjust machine settings for production runs
- Inspect finished materials for quality and consistency
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Troubleshot minor machine issues and reported mechanical concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operating procedures
- Assist with material handling and production support tasks as needed
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficiency and product quality
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight and full-time schedules consistently
- Comfortable working overtime when production demands increase
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift as needed
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
