Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Load Handling: Safely lift, transport, and lower heavy components, ensuring loads remain within crane capacity.
- Safety & Compliance: Perform pre-shift equipment inspections, follow OSHA standards, and report maintenance issues.
- Coordination: Interpret hand signals or radio commands from ground-crew members to ensure precise placement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep the crane clean, lubricated, and properly secured at the end of the shift
