Overview
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on a variety of metal parts and structures
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist with material handling and general shop duties as needed
Skills and Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, fitting)
Welding certifications are a plus but not required
