What You'll Do as a General Laborer / Forklift Operator:
- Operate forklifts, roll clamps, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars
- Complete daily equipment inspections before and after shifts
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
- Open and close railcar doors and manage dock plates as needed
- Use RF scanners and tablets to track freight and inventory movements
- Assist with changing clamp attachments when required
- Support teammates and help maintain production and shipping goals
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Comfortable using RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and complete equipment certification training
