Overview
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations for one of our clients in McKinney, TX. This position is responsible for managing inbound shipments, coordinating with vendors and carriers, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of materials to production and storage areas.
- $20/hr + $1 Shift Differential
- 2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11:30pm (Mon - Fri); OT may be required

What You'll Do: Inbound Logistics Coordinator
- Coordinate inbound freight schedules
- Communicate with carriers and suppliers
- Verify shipment accuracy and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Resolve discrepancies and delays
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might Have:
- 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
