We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and shippers to ensure smooth import operations and maintain efficient process flow.

Skills and Experience

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish 
  •  Basic computer skills required 
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Excel software 
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills 
  •  High school diploma required 
Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Coordinate and communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and shippers to maintain efficient process flow 
  •  Resolve shipment and logistics-related issues in a timely manner 
  •  Perform data entry of shipping and cargo details into company systems 
  •  Follow required procedures and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
