What You’ll Do as a Payroll Administrator:
  • Manage the full-cycle payroll process, from calculating gross-to-net earnings to executing final disbursements via ACH, check, or pay cards.  
  • Analyze and reconcile time collection data and production records to ensure 100% accuracy in every paycheck.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing world-class service while resolving pay-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Handle sensitive off-cycle tasks, including manual check issuances, voids, stop payments, and tax withholding verifications.
  • Maintain rigorous confidentiality and stay updated on regulatory policies governing payroll taxation and processing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and standard work instructions to streamline administrative operations.

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in functional payroll administration.
  • A high level of expertise in payroll processing and time reporting software.
  • Experience with platforms like Oracle HCM, ADP, or UltiPro
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to catch and correct discrepancies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset for supporting our team members
  • The ability to work effectively as a self-motivated team player in a professional office setting.
