What You’ll Do as a Team Lead:
- Oversee and verify the daily flow of shipping and receiving operations to ensure all warehouse targets are met on time.
- Partner closely with the operations management team to implement strategies that achieve production goals and high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Provide hands-on training to warehouse associates regarding specific operational functions and essential workflow processes.
- Serve as a safety champion by training teammates on proper equipment use and facility safety protocols.
- Monitor real-time performance and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to keep the facility running at peak efficiency.
Skills and Experience

- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct a diverse team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of shipping and receiving processes, including verification and inventory control.
