What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator in Rovering/Spinning:
- Operate multiple machines safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure top-quality production
- Monitor and maintain raw material stock levels
- Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Support production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Roving:
- Transport fiber stock from the carding area to the spinning department
- Move empty cans using a pullcat
- Load and unload materials throughout production
Spinning:
- Operate and monitor spinning frames
- Help convert fiber into high-quality yarn products
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 6+ months of machine operator experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus (you'll be trained either way)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills preferred
