Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail oriented Window Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in the Bates City area. This position involves assembling window components, using hand and power tools, and supporting production operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working with measurements, following production specifications, and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble window frames and components according to production specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load, move, and organize materials throughout the production area
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed
Skills and Experience
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Experience using hand and power tools preferred
Ability to read measurements accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work overtime when needed
