Pipe Yard Worker – Job Description
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack pipe materials safely
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
- Organize and maintain inventory in the pipe yard
- Inspect materials for damage and report any issues
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Perform general labor duties as needed in the yard and warehouse
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Assist team members and supervisors with daily operations
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, pipe yard, or general labor experience preferred
- Must follow safety procedures at all times
