Overview
The Bottom Box Assembler is responsible for assembling the bottom sections of poultry transport boxes and correctly inserting liner bags to ensure hygiene, strength, and readiness for poultry handling and
transportation.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble poultry bottom boxes according to specifications
- Insert and secure liner bags correctly inside bottom boxes
- Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and sealing of insert bags
- Inspect assembled boxes and bags for defects or damage
- Replace damaged bags or report material issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation
- Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Meet daily production targets and timelines
- Put boxes on the production line for use.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
- Previous assembly or factory experience is an advantage
- Physically fit for repetitive tasks, standing, and lifting
- Attention to hygiene, detail, and quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
