Overview
Work on production and packaging lines
Build boxes and prepare materials for shipment
Stack and pack products efficiently
Read and use a tape measure accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with material handling and production support
Safely operate pallet jacks and other equipment
Support facility cleanliness and organization
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist in other areas of the manufacturing facility as needed
Skills and Experience
1–2 years of previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Experience with packaging, assembly line work, or material handling preferred
Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to adapt and assist in multiple departments as needed
