Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift. This role involves working with metal fabrication equipment and ensuring parts are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently according to specifications.

Monday – Friday
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and support equipment used in metal fabrication including saws, press brakes, welders, and milling machines
- Review job packets and set up machines based on required specifications
- Adjust machine settings such as angles, stops, dies, and tension as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Inspect finished and in-process parts to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting and make machine adjustments when necessary
- Communicate issues or concerns with supervisors or quality team when needed
- Maintain accurate material flow and follow first-in/first-out inventory practices
- Support other areas of production as needed to meet workflow demands
Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment
- Ability to read precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Understanding of blueprint reading and fabrication instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible assignments across production areas when needed
