What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the engine that keeps the supply chain moving. Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing Materials: Efficiently receiving, storing, moving, and distributing inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Reading production schedules and work orders to accurately gather and distribute items.
- Organization: Sorting and placing items on racks or in bins based on size, style, or product code.
- Team Support: Assembling customer orders and preparing them for the packing and shipping departments.
Skills and Experience
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 1–3 months of related warehouse or logistics experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Skills: Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and perform basic measurements (weight, volume, distance).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work consistently in a fast-paced setting.
