Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Construction experience
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience operating equipment like skid steer and forklift
- Ability to read blueprints
- General maintenance skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid TN Driver's License
- Clear driving record
- Self-motivated
- Punctual
- Strong decision making and critical thinking skills
- Proactive mindset
- Troubleshoot property maintenance issues
- Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of company property, vehicles, and tenant spaces
