Looking for a hands‑on role where you can stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a production team that keeps things moving? We’re hiring a Foam Lamination Machine Operator to join our crew and we want someone who’s sharp, reliable, and ready to grow.
⏰ Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Pay: $14.18 per hour
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key player in our foam lamination process, handling multiple tasks to keep production running smoothly, including:
- Inspecting laminated materials to ensure top‑tier quality
- Identifying defects and reporting issues
- Inputting data for tracking and traceability
- Cutting sheets/swatches to customer specs
- Labeling materials using a scanner
- Operating lamination equipment and adjusting controls
- Following production schedules and setup sheets
- Keeping machines clean and in safe working condition
- Cross‑training on other equipment and roles
- Reading and understanding safety, operating, and maintenance documents
This role is perfect for someone who can stay focused, follow instructions, and take pride in producing quality work.
💪 Physical Requirements
- Regular use of hands, tools, and controls
- Frequent reaching; occasional bending, walking, climbing
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
- Good close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Skills and Experience
📚 What You Bring
- Previous experience as a machine operator
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English AND Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
