Overview
Work closely with production and quality control teams to help coordinate client specific productions of finished goods. Identify components, process and finished goods that are not meeting quality standards. Communicate failures and results to Line Leads and Management. Ensure effective corrective actions have been put in place. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential. · Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Work on your feet, warm environment during summer and ability to read labels. Work in a diverse production environment. Ability to champion safety, quality, and change
Skills and Experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing methods and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Good communication skills
