What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician:
- Build, test, and validate high-performance products using specialized software and measurement tools to ensure every unit meets strict quality standards.
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve production line issues to maintain workflow and prevent downtime.
- Partner with design engineers and management to refine assembly processes and provide feedback on product quality.
- Read and interpret test bench software to set up, verify, and document production procedures according to specific technical guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records and follow formal procedures to ensure all solutions are built to exact specifications.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Two (2) years-experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- SAP knowledge is helpful, but not required.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Day-to-day work activities are prioritized appropriately within work routines
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Able to work closely within a team and contribute individually
- Ability to understand written and spoken instructions
