This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales and service departments. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience
Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
