Shipper/Receiver/Driver – Warehouse Person
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $17.50/hour

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dependable Shipper/Receiver/Driver – Warehouse Person for a manufacturing client in Albuquerque. This position is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, forklift skills, shipping and receiving knowledge, and the ability to safely drive a box truck between warehouse locations and to local customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials and verify items against purchase orders
- Place materials in designated locations and stage materials for production
- Prepare finished goods for shipment
- Stretch wrap finished goods and verify pallet quantities against pallet labels
- Enter shipping and receiving information into spreadsheets and ERP system
- Complete trailer inspection checklists before loading pallets
- Maintain trailer inspection logs and forklift inspection logs
- Keep shipping, receiving, and work areas neat and orderly
- Replenish consumables such as boxes, zipper supplies, and raw film
- Keep presses stocked with raw film
- Follow first-in, first-out procedures when pulling materials
- Check forklift water levels bi-weekly and add distilled water when needed after charging
- Make bales when the compactor is full
- Operate forklift safely and complete daily inspections before use
- Drive a box truck between two warehouse locations to transfer goods
- Deliver products to local customers as needed
- Complete all assigned tasks accurately and safely
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of 3 years of shipping/receiving warehouse experience
- Certified forklift operator
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull film pallets to load and unload box truck
- Good basic math skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Able to follow directions and work independently with accuracy
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends when needed
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

The ideal candidate is reliable, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment. This person should have strong forklift and shipping/receiving experience, be able to safely handle physical warehouse tasks, and take pride in keeping materials, inventory, and shipments organized.
