Looking for a stable, weekday schedule with a company that values your attention to detail and customer service skills? Onin Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Louisburg area to find an eCommerce Data Entry Specialist to join their growing team in the eCommerce department!
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$18–$22/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders, returns, and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track and maintain reports on customer activity and order trends
- Assist with special projects and support online product visibility initiatives
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or inside sales
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems or eCommerce platforms is a plus
