Overview
This is an amazing opportunity for a manufacturing enthusiast to earn $21.84 hourly on 1st Shift. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days. We are looking for a dependable Winder Operator to assist in the production of paper packaging products such as ice cream cone wrappers. This role involves handling large paper rolls, operating winding equipment, and ensuring materials are properly prepared for the next stage of production.
- $21.84 hourly
- 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What you'll do as: Winder Operator
- Operate winding machinery to prepare and process paper rolls
- Load and unload rolls of material onto equipment
- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation
- Move materials to the next stage of production, including cutting processes
- Perform quality checks and measure product to ensure specifications are met
- Complete required paperwork and basic computer data entry
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
- Assist with facility cleaning on the last day of each month
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Basic mechanical or machine operation knowledge preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Production floor setting
- Exposure to machinery and moderate
