Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support safe and efficient warehouse operations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring equipment reliability, including shredding and hydraulic systems.
Key duties include PLC and VFD troubleshooting, equipment inspections, welding and fabrication, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The technician will also assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all safety policies.
Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience preferred; experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and welding. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature changes, and wear required PPE.
