Maintenance Technician

Overview

•  Complete apartment turns including painting, patching, and touch-ups 
•  Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, carpet, tile) 
•  Perform basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, drains, leaks) 
•  Handle minor electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, lighting) 

•  Conduct daily property walks and inspections 
•  Maintain cleanliness of grounds, dumpsters, and common areas 
•  Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner 
•  Perform full unit turnovers from start to finish 

•  Complete scheduled maintenance tasks (filters, detectors, water heaters, etc.) 
•  Identify and report maintenance issues early 
•  Accurately document all completed work orders
