What you'll do as: Parts Department Lead
- Lead and support team to meet production goals
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and issuing of parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and purchasing teams
- Train new employees and support team development
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing
- Strong inventory control and material handling experience
- Experience with inventory systems (SAP, MAS500, or similar)
- Ability to operate forklifts or material handling equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
