What You’ll Do as a Production & Manufacturing Worker:
- Operate, calibrate, and monitor textile machinery
- Set up and adjust machines to meet production needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
- Prepare and manage production materials
- Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top performance
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but we welcome teachable, motivated candidates
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Goal-oriented and safety-conscious
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for 12-hour shifts
