What You’ll Do as a Laundry Clerk:
- Process and launder linens, towels, and other textiles, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in public areas to ensure a continuous state of cleanliness.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any laundry or public area-related issues promptly.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic and hazard-free working environment.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment (lifting, standing, bending)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
