- Monitor production floor operations
- Ensure proper PPE compliance
- Manage employee breaks & attendance
- Handle schedule changes & shift coverage
- Support new hire onboarding
- Maintain safety and productivity standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
