Skills and Experience
Machine Operators
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with production or manufacturing environments
- Ability to read work instructions and production schedules
- Safety awareness and OSHA compliance understanding
- Basic measurement and math skills
CNC Machine Operators
- Experience operating CNC machinery (mills, lathes, routers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of G-code or machine programming basics (preferred)
- Precision measurement skills (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and tolerances
- Machine setup and adjustment experience
- Understanding of tooling and materials
Material Handlers
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials
- Experience using forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus)
- Inventory tracking and basic warehouse systems knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow shipping/receiving procedures
- Physical stamina and reliability
- Team-oriented communication
Shipping Clerks
- Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, USPS systems)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail for labeling and documentation
- Ability to prepare packing slips and bills of lading
- Inventory coordination experience
- Organizational and time management skills
- Communication skills for coordinating shipments
Quality Inspectors
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Experience with quality control or inspection processes
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
- Documentation and reporting accuracy
- Understanding of ISO or quality standards (preferred)
- Problem-solving and defect identification skills
Saw Setup & Run Operators
- Experience setting up and operating industrial saws
- Ability to read measurements and cut specifications accurately
- Mechanical aptitude for adjusting and maintaining equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures for cutting machinery
- Blueprint or work order reading ability
- Strong focus on precision and consistency
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment issues
MIG/TIG Welders
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and blueprints
- Knowledge of different metals and welding processes
- Strong hand-eye coordination and precision
- Certification (AWS or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to pass welding tests or samples
- Safety-conscious with PPE and welding standards
