Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our staffing agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of positions while building strong relationships with clients and job seekers. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews
- Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills and experience
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and perform data entry in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly placement goals
- Assist with onboarding, background checks, and employment documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and applicants
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn recruiting software/ATS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
