Are you looking for a versatile and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are currently hiring for multiple Bilingual Warehouse Worker positions (English/Spanish) across several locations, including Chicago’s Little Village and Canaryville neighborhoods, as well as Broadview and Hillside.

This is a catch-all role that combines general labor, forklift operation, and light administrative duties. If you’re adaptable, reliable, and bilingual, we want to hear from you!

Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

General Labor: Load, unload, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as data entry, paperwork, and communication.
Client Communication: Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
Flexibility: Support various departments and shift between roles as needed.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.

Work Experience Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 12 months) operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks — outdated experience will not be considered.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must pass E-Verify and a background check.
