Overview
The Pool Monitor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community pool to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and their guests. This role focuses on enforcing pool rules, monitoring activity, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool area to ensure safety and compliance with community rules
- Enforce all posted pool regulations in a professional and respectful manner
- Check resident access (passes, key cards, or guest logs) as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to management promptly
- Respond to minor incidents and contact emergency services when necessary
- Ensure pool capacity limits are followed, if applicable
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally
Reliable and punctual
Work Environment:
- Outdoor setting in varying weather conditions
