What You’ll Do as an HR Generalist:
You will play a vital role in supporting human resources functions and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of hiring
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between staff and management
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, provide feedback, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Training & Development: Facilitate company training sessions including New Employee Orientation, Servant Leadership, and Harassment Training.
- Compliance & Administration: Enforce company policies and labor law compliance
- Strategic Support: Partner with functional areas on talent reviews and succession planning
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Proven HR Background: At least 2 years of professional Human Resources experience, with a specific emphasis on managing employee relations.
- Relevant Education: An Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent professional experience is also welcomed).
- Legal & Safety Savvy: A solid grasp of State and Federal employment laws, HR best practices, and basic OSHA safety procedures.
- Full-Cycle HR Proficiency: Hands-on experience across multiple HR pillars, including high-volume recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Emotional Intelligence: The unique ability to balance genuine empathy with firm company policy while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Effective Communication: Top-tier interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt your style to work effectively across different departments.
- Bilingual preferred
