Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations while serving as a key point of contact for client communication.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment processes while maintaining direct communication with clients. You will work across multiple systems, ensure accuracy in shipments, and help maintain smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, organization, and confidence using computer systems and shipping platforms.
- Pay rate:$18/hr.
- Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Process shipments using systems such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding order status, issues, and updates.
- Utilize systems such as Email, Excel, Teams, WMS, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain organized shipping documentation and records.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations required.
- Experience with multiple shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, email, and warehouse systems required).
- Experience with WMS or reporting tools (PowerBI, PowerApps) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills (this is a client-facing role).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
