Skills and Experience
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a multi-skill, hands-on role. Depending on your experience and department, you may:
- Assist with framing, flooring, and structural assembly
- Install drywall, insulation, and interior finishes
- Support basic electrical work (running wires, assisting electricians)
- Perform painting, caulking, and finishing work
- Help with roofing and exterior installation
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Read basic measurements, blueprints, or instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to learn multiple skills across departments
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work with your hands all day
- Strong attendance and dependability
