Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Center Analyst to join our on-site support team in Madison, AL. This role provides hands-on technical and logistics support for Service Desk operations, hardware setup, and shipping/receiving activities for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site hardware support for Service Desk analysts and internal users
- Support shipping and receiving operations, including scanning incoming/outgoing product shipments
- Image, configure, and set up computer systems and devices
- Provide technical support for:
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
- Tablets and Time Clocks
- Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Microsoft and Google products
- ServiceNow
- Maintain accurate time entries and follow established logistics center processes and procedures
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Monday to Friday
Skills and Experience
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Self-motivated, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Associate Degree in a Technical or Computer-related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- Enterprise-level Help Desk
- On-site support
- CCTV systems
- Certifications (preferred, not required):
- CompTIA Security+
- A+
- HDI Desktop Support Technician
- MCITP (Enterprise Desktop Support Technician)
