Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Maintenance Associates at an outdoor solar site in Roanoke Rapids, NC. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on maintenance tasks in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on solar panels and equipment.
- Adjust and secure bolts, brackets, and structural components.
- Inspect solar units to ensure proper function and safety.
- Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures.
- Assist team members with general labor tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to use basic tools and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
