Administrative Assistant

Overview

We are hiring an organized and proactive office professional to support daily office operations at Acme Brick. This role involves handling administrative tasks, customer service, data entry, and supporting branch operations to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service 
  • Enter purchase orders and assist with order entry 
  • Prepare and process daily deposits
  •  Maintain accurate inventory records and help track stock levels 
  •  Assist with documentation, filing, and office correspondence 
  •  Support sales and operations teams with clerical tasks 
  •  May leave office occasionally to assist with deliveries or showroom support

Skills and Experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
 Experience with data entry and office systems 
 Excellent communication and customer service skills 
 Ability to be flexible and assist in office or warehouse tasks as needed
