What You’ll Do as a Warehouse General Laborer / Picker & Packer:
- Pick and pack orders accurately in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Use handheld scanners or basic systems to track inventory and shipments
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and packaging
- Move products throughout the warehouse by hand or with equipment
- Organize and restock inventory in designated areas
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Support team goals to keep operations running smoothly
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin (spoken and reading) preferred
- 具备中文/普通话（口语及阅读）流利能力者优先
