What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator / Material Handler:
- Operate sit-down & stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and fulfill orders using RF scanners
- Stage and store products in designated areas
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Support team operations to keep everything running smoothly
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- At least 6 months of forklift experience required
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Comfortable using RF scanners or warehouse systems (WMS/ERP is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in an uncontrolled warehouse environment with varying temperatures
