Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Carpenter / Woodworker for a growing door and millwork operation. In this role, you will work hands-on with wood products, building and assembling doors, trim, and custom millwork.

Skills and Experience
What You’ll Do
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials for doors and trim
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete builds
- Work with different wood types (oak, pine, maple, etc.)
- Sand, shape, and finish wood products
- Read basic measurements, specs, or work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure quality craftsmanship on every piece
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with wood, carpentry, or construction
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and ready to work
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
