What You'll Do as a Material Handler:
- Lift, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or dollies as needed
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and prepare materials for storage
- Stock and organize products using warehouse management system (WMS) processes
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing
- Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment support
- Handle LTL ( Less Than Truckload) shipments and assist with preparing shipping documentation
- Perform cycle counts, verify inventory locations, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Identify and report damaged or out-of-stock materials to leadership
- Support returns, warranty processing, and other warehouse functions as needed
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- No prior experience required—warehouse experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and staying active throughout your shift
- Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime if needed
- Sound judgment, time management, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Commitment to following safety procedures and continuous improvement
