What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician:
- Inspect in-process and finished products on the production floor to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic product testing and accurately document results
- Complete quality records, reports, and nonconformance documentation
- Partner with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
- Assist with internal audits and support continuous improvement efforts
- Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and team members
- Help train operators on quality expectations once fully trained
- Maintain organized documentation and follow all quality procedures
- Support additional quality or production tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 6 months to 1 year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently after training while staying team-focused
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with quality systems or manufacturing specifications (such as EtQ) is a plus
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Reliable attendance and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
