Overview
Position Summary:
Serve as the primary contact for test execution, supporting the development and continuous improvement of testing processes. You will help prepare, execute, and analyze experiments to validate new designs and evaluate testing methods and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical testing on prototype and production products
Set up, execute, and analyze non-standard tests
Create and maintain test procedures, reports, and data records
Coordinate external lab testing and track progress
Support DV/PV validation plans and RFQ processes
Conduct field failure analysis and reporting
Manage test routing and orders in SAP
Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S standards)
Collaborate with internal teams and support project deadlines
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)
Test lab or hands-on experience is a plus, not required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Technical Skills (Preferred):
Microsoft Office
Exposure to tools such as LabView, MATLAB, Diadem, Q-DAS, TestXpert, or PLC programming
