Overview
We are looking for a reliable Custodian to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility. This role includes routine cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance tasks to support a clean and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in work areas, restrooms, and common spaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high‑touch surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
- Perform basic cleaning of windows, doors, and fixtures
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, minor repairs, reporting issues)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of chemicals
- Follow all safety procedures and facility guidelines
Skills and Experience
- Prior custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
