Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Door & Window Assembly Technicians. This position involves assembling doors and windows, assisting with loading and unloading materials, and supporting general production operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble doors and windows according to company specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Lift and move materials weighing 50–75 lbs regularly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with other general labor tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Experience using hand and power tools required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic construction or assembly experience is a plus
